Return an item in a few easy steps

Start by providing some information about your purchase so we can locate your order.

IMPORTANT: Refunds will be issued 3-5 days after being ‘Delivered to Retailer’ and NOT the ‘ReBOUND hub’.

I confirm I am returning my item(s) in original packaging, with tags and unused. Once the item is inspected we reserve the right to refuse the return if these conditions aren’t met.
